Farewell Nuestros Amigos

The Salgados.  They are from Santander, Spain, and here for two years.

The Leathams from Pleasant Grove, Utah.  They came the  same time we did for
18 months.  They have since extended and will remain until the middle of May 2016.

President and Sister Duffin from Sandy, Utah.  They arrived in
 November for a three year term in the new temple presidency.

Grover and Noel Cardon from Utah.  They are the honorees of the party.
They will be departing from us April 22.

The Cardons with Teresita Nunez.  Teresita is Spanish and left last week.
We will miss all three of them, as they are cheerful, hardworking missionaries.

These are two of my very favorite people, Gloria Melendez from Sprinville 

Utah, and Hermana Mata from Malaga, Spain.  They are two of our single sisters, and 

are always the life of the party.  Gloria and I are BFFs.  I absolutely adore 

her and will miss her more than I can say when she leaves in August.  

Hermana Mata is a new missionary.

They are also our shortest missionaries.

President and Sister Montoya from Madrid.

The Vasquez from Spain.  They are serving a 6 month mission.

Our very good friends the Hawkins.  They are serving an 18 month
mission and will be going home June 2nd.  Heartbreak!

These are the Duartes from Badajoz, Spain.  They have
been here for 3 years and will be leaving May 2nd.

Our very dear friends the Deschamps.  They are from
 Chandler, Arizona.  They are serving an 18 month mission,
and will also be leaving June 2nd.  Double heartbreak!!

Ana Mancini from San Diego, via Italy and Portugal.  She arrived with us and will be released in December.  She has been divorced for 35 years, but found a new husband in Tenerife, in the Canaries while we were on break in January.  She is marrying an Italian widower named Giovanni.  They will be getting married soon after she is released.  We are invited to the wedding.

They are from Madrid, but now live on Temple Square with the rest of us.

hostel managers.  They also serve in the temple.

Sister Mata

The group, without me.  I didn't get an individual picture of Los Rodriguez dressed in black on the right just above Hermano Alfonso.  They are Catalan Spanish from Barcelona and are serving a 2 year mission.  They arrived in November.
