Temple Missionary Conference

Our first missionary conference was July 7th.  We had a great lunch together and had some time for  the new missionaries, including us, to introduce ourselves while everyone was present.  With us all divided into 2 shifts it is not easy to get to know those not on our shift.  The temple president, President Tenney, gave us some training on appropriate temple standards of behavior and dress.  Then he spoke to us about being loving and kind to one another.  It was inspiring and I think we all left a little more humble and with a greater desire to be more loving, and gentle.  I have to say, I have found this group very friendly, and helpful, and in general a happy place to live.  But we can all find ways to be kinder and more loving.  I love to hear President Tenney speak.  He has such a powerful testimony, and the kindest heart.
